@Chinnyboy91 actually there is no such a thing "muscles knots".maybe it feels like but there is no formation like "muscles knots".in most cases it could be significant over tense muscles that not difficult to detect by hands.when you push on pathologically higher toned muscles muscles just do not pushing back.I believe that to detect this tensions is equally easy when person is muscular or less. Now. 90% of adult population suffering from back pain, sciatica, sports related injuries of knee, shoulder est. I am practicing in greater Los Angeles for last 20 years and of course different people coming to me with this statistically massive disorders.
