What i like about Within The Ruins is that Joe's guitar riffs sound very melodic in phyrigian minor melodic mode kinda style which sounds so unique compared to every other band in metal. All those bands you mentioned are fucking pheeeenomenal by the way love em! I really like Born of Osiris guitar players, solos on their new album are flawless..

At first the audience was confused by the non-orchestra-sounding song, but when I glanced out of the corner of my eye towards the end, I saw some people smiling. ^^ I may not have a good recording, but at least there's the memory.
