This program is a crock. My rusting 1998 Pontiac Sunfire that I've put hundreds of dollars in repairs into wont even qualify.

And the cars that do qualify have to be destroyed, and the engines disabled, even though they are perfectly good cars. These cars should be preserved for our history.

Can you imagine what would have happened to all those muscle cars if this program would have been around then?
