Encumbrance means the weight of the object, better to have a lower (in the green) one.

nope. then there would be no point in sticking with a clan. the perks for clans were designed so people are loyal to their clans.

to get the FAMAS, make a French RPIMa clan, the IW-80 A2 is the British SAS, and the GMP is the German GSKs
