this is kinda like how the DEATH NOTE anime series was RUINED.

i bet the people in charge of the anime were a bit too gay for L.

Even the original creator of the death note story was flamed by interviewers and fans for killing L (a character HE made in his own story). and at the end of the anime, the last thing Light sees is L? which is complete bull since L never appeared in the manga again after his death. All you see of him in the last volume is the toy Near had. The anime was RETARDED. :/

And gay. the anime was also gay. that's why when the death note yaoi fandom became mainstream, I wasn't surprised by it at all like some other fans. The people running the anime felt gay to me ever since the day i saw the premiere episodes for death note. the manga and the anime is just NOT the same. at best, the fandom follows the anime ONLY. It's the same case with the RING, the dev team has a thing for Sadako and her mom so they gave Sadako a dress and made her mom younger. no comment to that
