my flipping days ended after i tore my acl in my right knee. the most painful thing ever. i had surgery and i've worked out. but i still have problems with dislocating it. it doesnt happen often, but it happens when i put my leg through so much stress as in running or jumping. i dont think the surgery went well if its been like this.
