you use Blender3d its a free opensource modeling program /Game Engine Though it takes some getting used to and the Game Engine itself is in need of a serious update. But hopefully one day it will be to notch.

the sword fight thing might need a bit more work tho, like when you have your sword out you dont exactly swing it around in a stiff mannner dont you? but anyway it looks great and i hope you will have this game wholly finished, so i can play it :) good work.
