Now I know what enabled that super-human effort...he literally has an extra-big heart for someone his size. They said it was nearly 7.0 cm. I am a cardiac sonographer and a normal heart is between 3.5 - 5.6 cm. So this guy really does "have a big heart!" Well he's still cool in my book very humble. I know it still takes a lot of hard work and discipline to do what he's done and if he blows away a few Africans in the Olympics, I'm all for it! Go USA!
