I so agree with him. I'm a non using alcoholic I haven't touched a drop since 1983 and I'm a retired youth worker in a drug and alcohol unit. People who come there who have used Marijuana are cool and chilled but OMG the people who have used alcohol excessively are loud, argumentative, violent, mouthy and they have no dignity.The Government should legalise weed I think it time for a change.
