@sightfire Nah, Cole Park is still there, but they boarded up pretty much every slide except for that little one, boarded up that little tire drop in the middle, took out that rubber bridge, boarded up the swingy bridge so its pretty much just still, made the swing floor thing stagnant, and some more stuff. its still pretty good to train at though.

i live up in the DFW area and in Colleyville there is a park alot like this and my friend was doing a cat about 15-20 feet up and just bounced off the wall and landed on his back. it was hilarious

Picking up your legs on a jump is all about lower ab strength. Best way to train that is leg lifts, preferably weighted. Or you can just jump a lot :)

I love the sport and I love BOC but they really dont mix
