hey i got some lip and eyelash brushes but now i can't figure out how to mirror the brush for the other eye!! Can you help?

Well select the layer that you have the eyelash you want to mirror on. That use the selection tool to made a circle or something around it. then go up to the top and where it says "Image" click it.  Then scroll down until you see "Mirror" and click it, then it will mirror the eyelash. :)

Well theres actually certain brushes for that.. There are some sites you can download eyelashes and lips off of :)
