If she is pregnant I am going to be really mad. They would have known that in less then an hour. She would have gone to the Dr. and found out right away. And if she had been experiencing that much agony she would have been having a miscarriage. I think it is cancer. I don't think she will die. Just some drama to spice things up. Implantation bleeding causes cramps in pregnancy, however this may be to severe to be that. Maybe she has a cyst that is cancerous but benign (Meaning not active) all she would need to do is have it removed and monitor it from then on. My mother had a benign cyst in her breast and got it removed NO CANCER since then. Don't worry people this will all work out and if it doesn't thats some great ratings for OTH and great Tv because you know Lucas will be by her side.
