Their falsetto here isn't as good as the One Night Only Version in Las Vegas. I think the background singers ruined it, and Barry didn't want to sound too "Disco" because of the backlash, so I think that's why he sang it lower, anyone agree?

On the ONO version, there are several backing tracks of Barry's vocal, hsi falsetto here is just as high, certainly higher going into the repeat of the first verse.

They are both great versions, I just doubt that it had any real effect. The arrangement is better in 1997 for me.
