i think it's something like Siwon(the guy shooting) is like trying to get something illegal, and that the police founded him. he took the girl (who's hankyung-the police's girlfriend) as hostage. he shot hangkyung, and hangkyung became a plant for one year... one day, he had an heart attack, and the same day, hangkyung died, and became Siwon's heart donator... so when Siwon woke up, hangkyung's memories came to his mind... and he's regreted and founded hangkyung's gf and told her the truth.. sad
