I think that PES has to buy the official logos from FIFA and it must very expensive thats why they usually have one team in the premier league that has an official logo.

acutally there is a patch for ps3 but you have to pay 13.99 for it. you have to get the memory stick and save the option file onto your ps3 then you can just start playin. screw the xbox one tho
