I love running up walls i feel i,m good at it but not at your level, is there a certian brand of shoes you wear to help with the wall clinging? or is it all in the technique?

Technique is the most important but shoes definitely help a lot. Most brick walls are wallrunable as long as they're not covered in dirt or some weird paint. In this 2006reel, I was wearing Feiyue martial arts shoes. In my latest reel, I was wearing 5.10 Freerunners for wallruns. Those are extremely good on brick but extra slippery on painted metal so I had to use a pair of pumas for the poleflips. In general, any sneaker or running shoe that allows ankle flexing should be good.
