  • RyanAir. Hmm. Did the passengers have to pay extra for the cross-winds?

  • MERAVIGLIOSO!!!!

  • wow never seen that before doing nearly a 360 to back facing incoming traffic to exit

  • excuse me my friend, what registration is? i have a friend and he is copilot of ryanair please confirm the registration of aircraft thank you

  • @Juanxxx9303 The registration of this aircraft is EI-ENN.

  • nice vid

  • @fsxsupremer Thanks for your comment. Glad you enjoyed the video.

  • Where is that view from

  • @jster12345678910 It is shot from Lios Cross at the southern end of the runway.

  • The 737-800 has a croswind limit of 30 kts on a wet runway and 35 kts on a dry runway. That means the wind is at 90 degrees to the fuselage.....this looks more than 15 kts to me!!

  • Wonderful video !

  • @WeggerAS Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.

  • 15kts bearly moves the nose of a 737

  • Nice video, but really, 15kt? Wouldn't have thought a 73 would even flinch in that wind

  • @ellzyss That was the ATC controller said on the radio to the aircraft when it was on approach. Could have been gusting over 20 though. Thanks for the comment.

  • @radar050976 One thing is to have 15kt at 80 or 260, another is to have 15kt wind at 200 or 120. There are many types of crosswind landings and for many small aircraft 13kt that is blowing directly to side of aircraft is manageable landing.

  • PS:

    nice video :)

  • I had a funny/terrifying experience at a Ryanair flight once:

It went from "Frankfurt" Hahn to "London" Stansted. While we were flying, a Stewardess entered the cabin and asked if there was anybody onboard to be able to fly a plane. All passengers were terrified, some cried in fear. But at the next second she added: "We wanted to do a survey if there are any pilots flying with Ryan"

And, there was really one pilot.

I never had been in such terrible fear before!

  • @TheFaker99

    And then you woke up?

  • Very nice, what is your camera?

  • @Afonso159951 It is a Samsung HMX-H200 camcorder.

  • Thank you i want be pilot :):D

  • great vid

  • beautiful!

  • Great Landing!

  • Graet Video!

    Best Airline ever!

  • @Ryanairpilot95 Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.

  • @Ryanairpilot95 ..........Won seats on the second flight from Liverpool, great day, food & drink laid and freebies, always fly on hols with them......magic.

  • @Ryanairpilot95 U have no idea what the word PILOT means.. U should know that the best pilots are military pilots. Ryanair sucks

  • can anybody tell me anything about the white Airbus in the back round of this brilliant video??I live in the north side of cork city, they fly in really low over my house and iv spotted that white Airbus a few times..just seems strange,it has no markings its just all white.

  • @lenny820 It is an A319 owned by Acropolis Aviation and presumably does private charters. It's registration is G-NOAH.

  • @radar050976 thanks man...

  • @lenny820 No problem. Glad I could help.

  • thats another ontime flight...

  • look at the wind suck , it's more than 15 kt..

  • cool new lights

  • Wow, looked like a pretty serious crab angle from that shot, for a 15kt x-wind. I assume it was steady all the way down. Nice bit of flying.

  • I could watch a 737 fly allll dayy

  • This a a pilot who like flight, simply ... :) Nice crosswind landing !

  • what was the blank airbus at the background from the landing?

  • im flying by ryan air in october and im scared now cause all the videos are saying bad things, and have bad landings!!!

  • @SuperGorgous first of all... Ryanair is not as bad as everyone says... Ryanair have one of one of the yougest fleets in europe. they have good maintainance, and have good pilots... of not they wouldnt have been certified.. Second, everyone dising Ryanair, should try starting their own lowcost company, and see how well that goes.. Ryanair is agood company, and have ALOT of passengers each day... those who speak bad about it is only jelous of the director of Ryanair!!!!!

  • @ollo1982 okay, thankyou!!!

  • @SuperGorgous :) Another thing that is that Ryanair dont have had a single fatalitie.... They have had some emergency landings, and returning back to Origin after takeoff, but there havent been a single fatalitie... No need to be scared of flying Ryanair :D Sorry for my norwegian English :P

  • @SuperGorgous most people are arm chair experts. ryanair maybe cheap but the training is high quality and a landing that looks a bit hard is how planes are meant to land, not the squeakers where you dont feel it.

  • Nice crabbing to wind, nice transition to straight slip, Nice touchdown. Only real good pilots can do real crosswind landings they are talent testers.

  • @CFITOMAHAWK2 No I'm pretty sure any pilot that flies for any airline is able to execute a crosswind landing, it's part of their training.

  • people learn from it..this is why so many hits

  • Thats what we call a pilot.

  • VERY SMOOTH LANDING!!!! :D

  • LOL the smoothest looking landing by Ryanair I have ever seen!!!

  • @HDMSFlight Yes it was an excellent landing.

  • wow the pilot used reverse trust untill the full stop!!!!

  • @Maximususs the doors stayed open certainly, i think the doors might stay open while the engines spool down so they dont close and all of a sudden the plane accelerates. i could be wrong.

  • @Maximususs you can clearly hear the engines going to reverse idle before full stop :)

  • Wow, this video is only some days old, and it allready has over 2000 views!!!! I am really impressed!!!

  • @MultiKultiProduction Thanks. I hope you like it. Actually it's very windy here in Cork today. I'm hoping to get some more crosswind footage this evening so stay tuned :)

  • @radar050976

    Great video! :D

  • Lived in Cork for a few years. Used to go up and sit at the "bottom" of the runway looking at the planes coming and going. When the wind was right we went to Knocknaheeney(spelling...) because they come in really low over there some times. Nice clips :)

  • @ThePracticalTheorist Thanks. Yes Cork is a great place for spotting in terms of viewing locations. Shame we don't get much of a variety of planes though. It's mostly Ryanair and Aer Lingus. By the way you spelled Knocknaheeny correctly (I think!) :)

  • cool it's a beautiful cross wind with a smooth landing awesome

  • always have great videos ✈✈

  • I was therre remember. RAY

  • @corkaviation Hi Ray. Hope you like the vid.

  • Good videos, but can you video some different airline like onur air etc

  • @Cabincrewifly Just haven't bee able to get up there at weekends when they are in. Am going to Heathrow on a spotting trip next month so that should provide a bit of variety :)

  • @radar050976 Thats cool :D What camera do you use?

  • @Cabincrewifly Samsung HMX H200

  • Great Video!!! Thumbs UP

  • @gluca90 Thanks. Glad you liked it.
