@bunjit1 Obviously you have NO clue. Yes, it is a pushrod engine and the cam IS driven by a timing chain. As for the noise, I would have to agree with bugeyev8. These engines are known to wear #3 cam lobe.
you need a new rocker shaft and rocker shaft bushings as well as having the rocker arm re faced, it could also be a flat camshaft on # 3 like so many have
actually that could be the normal sound of the tappets set to the correct clearences. If it starts sounding more like a lower pitched knocking then the clearences are set too wide, if the sound goes away then the clearenceces are set too close and that will rob you of horsepower.
ADJUST ROCKERS ... Feeler gauges ..
