This is in fact a feasible idea as long as the liquids are combustible. I don't know the chemical properties of tang or kool aid though so I can't say that it would work. The title says "street legal" which it's not, based on the fact ALONE that it has no headlights and they are required in every state in the country for a vehicle to be considered street legal. I don't know what specifically is in the generator that is making it run.
