  • whats so retarded about this video? except for the drowning pool music.....

  • Bob that shit!

  • What size tires?

  • @MrJameyDavidson 35 X 15 pro comp x terrains

  • Here cleatus hold my beer. Now watch this!

Usually this is the last sentence a redneck will say before he does something epic or retarded. This is a mixture of both.

  • you should chop the bed on that thing

  • @burnday1 could, but would lose valuable bed space that fits dirt bikes, snowmobiles and camper shell. This is a daily driver work truck, too.

  • @shmedlyshmee Take care of the Nug! Its getting hard to find older yotas. Good finding parts at the junk yards. Got a 85 im fixing up.

  • dam dude you got some money in that truck!!!!

  • @XxClemsonTigersXx ya a few bucks! did it all myself, so just paid for a few parts.

  • snowmobile track for mud flaps?

  • @evinsteven13 thats right..snowmobile track mud flaps..tahoe style!

  • DUDE YOUR TRUCK LOOKS JUST LIKE MINE!!!! WTF!! SAME COLOR AND RIMS... ARE YOU IN CA.

  • @plaster5454 yes..live around tahoe, CA

  • @shmedlyshmee naw man i live in fresno.... but my truck looks the samy crazy as hell im but some visds up soon of it

  • @shmedlyshmee tahoe huh? nice me too. south lake? i havent seen ya around north shore

  • Is that a manual trans. I've noticed that in alot of off-roading trucks. Why is it better to have a manual instead of an automatic??

  • @AgentGTO Its really up to what you preffer but some people are old school and will talk shit if you wheel an auto, I have both so it dont matter to me but the auto (1999 sas'd tacoma) is much more easy to drive every day but my 81 hilux is funner:)

  • @AgentGTO It's a manual 5 spd toyota trans with a high perf. ceramic disc clutch. I've found auto trans' are easier to drive when you crawl because you dont have to shift, however they are more likely to break under heavy torque and loads.

  • @AgentGTO its better to have manual because you can choose your gear without working the rpms like automatic.... plus manual tranys never break... unless you dont know how to use one

  • love the name lol

  • the front suspension is 6" of lift? did you have to rotate your diff your better drive shaft angle?

  • @racecardriver467 the front suspension was an 8" lift, but i took a leaf out for better articulation, so its between 6-8". i also installed the springs backwards so it puts the front end 2-3" forward of stock...longer wheel base. it also has a 12" slip yoke on the front driveline that helps with the angle. it works great with no bind at all!

  • Dude Is that Stock

  • @QuincyJones4440 only thing "stock" is probobly the dented body!

  • Did you buy your shackles or make em?

  • @bigblock44s trail-gear make really good heavy duty shackles

  • @bigblock44s..i bought the fronts from trail gear and made the rears from 1/4" steel.

  • how much extra room is there with the extended cab vs. the regular cab?

  • quite a bit more room than the regular cab i think. originally you could fit 2 tiny people in the tiny seats, but barely!!!! now i have an onboard air compressor, tow straps and a subwoofer in the back compartment.

  • so there is little seats in the extended cab space?

  • nope

  • @MrDuncanBC with a single cab you hit your face on the rear window when you turn around =p. i'd go with the extended, you can store tools, a cooler, whatever back there. plus it's nice being able to recline the seat more than 2 degrees.

  • I think it's 8"

I've had both and the xtra is SO much nicer. You can throw some shit back there instead of having to throw it in the bed or floorboard.

  • i wonder what will be the difference if i install a Steering Stabilizer to my old 88 s10 blazer 4x4 ???

  • the difference will mostly be a hundred bucks out of your pocket unless your slamming your truck around rocks. keep your stock one.

  • is this the extended cab? if so what is in the extended part? jump seats?

  • yes it is the extended cab. no "jump seats", just an amp, 12" bass speaker and electric air compressor!

  • thanks

  • Nice "Nug" man!

  • You need a crawler box in that thing!

  • it has dual transfer cases with 4.7 gearing in the second case. i also have installed the creepy twin shifter.

  • how do you find the pro comp tires go?

  • the tires are great. I had a set of them for 3 years before they wore out.

  • true.

how many klm's all up oyu rekon?

    i just orderd a set

  • ?????

  • sorry.

    im in australia.

how many miles did you get out of the tires.

  • had them on 3 different trucks for over 3 years..id say easy 40,000 miles

  • i like your mudflaps

  • thanks! the front ones came off an LMC snowcat and the rear off of a ski doo snowmobile!

  • nice truck i have a 84 toy exocaged flat bed with alot done to it just waiting for a front locker.

  • nice truck and awesome video.

  • paint some red hairs on that unit!

  • Sick truck I have an 84 with a lot done to it I'm just waiting for my locker to show up!

  • nice truck

  • Cool truck, its also cool how its called Nug. hehe.
