What's more interesting is that he "forgets" what Paul wrote to Colossians 2:16 and that the council in Jerusalem never wrote to the Gentile believers to keep the Sabbath or any other day for worship.

He knows colossians 2:16 is talking about those ordinances of Moses.Lev.23:37-38 These are the feast of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer a Burnt offering & MEAT offering, a sacrifice & DRINK offering, everything upon his day: BESIDES THE SABBATH OF THE LORD> Besides mean apart from. Paul in Colossians was talking about this refering to these old practices which was a shadow pointing to Jesus. 10 Commandments are ETERNAL

@Etyaldaron Yes, it's seems that celebrating communion on the first day of the week was established in the apostolic era. Just as an aside, I wonder how many SDAs realize that there are about 40million Ethiopian Orthodox Christians who still keep the Sabbath and have been doing so for around 1800 years. They also celebrate the divine liturgy on Sunday. It most definitely was not the Roman Catholic church who changed the day. ppl were having communion on sunday before there was a Roman Church.
