@PaleLittleGirl1 the relationship between Katherine and Anne wasn't distant, THye were 1st cousins. Anne's mother, Elizabeth Howard, and Katherine's father, Edmund Howard, were brother and sister.
In the series its coz Henry Fitzroy (his illigitimate son by Bessie Blount died) although historically Fitzroy died after Anne, I think he was like, 17...
the ghost part is true....my friend kelly went to Hever on the day on Anne's death and she told me (sorry she knows nothing on history!) she saw a lady dressed in a gown walking the grounds of Hever and stopped by Kelly and dissapeared few minutes later......(creepy)
Actually the sad part is that he didn't miss her it is said that when she was executed that the very next day he and Jane wore the brightest colors and laughed and that the King looked so happy that the even the Spanish (who HATED Anne) were shocked.
lol, well obviously, but the point of the video is that Henry is still human, and though he and Jane got married somewhere around ten days later, he still killed his wife and it probably haunted him in the slightest. if not, the point of the video is what would happen if it did. but thank you.
Maybe Henry was just trying to drown his guilt - surely he wasn't so heartless by then that he would have forgotten what he felt for Anne. Besides, he couldn't get rid of her completely. Not only because of the new Church, but also because of Elizabeth, even though they called her her father's daughter. (She didn't have a mother for more than three years, that should hardly be a surprise.)
i agree elizabeth not knowing her mother is a crule thing at least for mary she knew katherine.Henry is an asshole for tearing anne from elizabeth.i do not pity anne or jane for their deaths, katherine was henrys true wife, what goes around comes back around, but also 2 wrongs dont make a right
Another Awesome Henry and Anne Video. Their relationship was so complex, and took on so many forms. I feel like you really capture the intimate elements with each video you have made. I would call them genuis.
Although Henry had Anne beheaded, I kinda hope that he missed her. They had such a passionate/volatile relationship, but no other wife/mistress in his history, stands out as being as passionate and putting everything into what she wanted as Anne Boleyn. For these things I admire her. And remember in the end, she paid the greatest price of all, she died without knowing her child Elizabeth I. Surely, this was the greatest tragedy of all.
One of my fav songs of this band, thank for splendid video, loved it <3

WOWOWOWOOW, a FIVE STAR great video.
It's still kind of sad, that Henry immediately went to jane seymour the moment Anne died, wondering what he really thought of Anne.

I think she did haunt him. He changed everything to marry her, even if he threw it all away.
This is a great video. Just, really great sequencing. The editing jumped out at me in the first few seconds.
