Soon after he disbanded IAG he posted on offer on facebook regarding his favorite jacket that he had worn to hundreds of shows. So I inquired, someone had offered him $80 so I offered $100 and it was sold. We emailed details back and forth for a few days and I later sent him the money... never did get that jacket.

Some examples of original emo genre would be Jimmy Eat World, Death Cab For Cutie, The Get Up Kids, At The Drive-In, etc. Just thought I'd let you know. Then, emo didn't have a stereotype, or a style, it was just a genre of music. Had nothing to do with screaming, wearing black, or covering your face in hair.
