  • Great videos. Love your narration on the sights of Maryland.

  • u should of gone 2 stmarys!!!

  • Good video Larry....

  • Thanks for the clip, thinking of moving to MD via Texas !!!

  • EGO bay. thats what that area is called because all the rich people dock their boats in this area. The Governor has his boat there as well

  • nice

  • you should go there at night we have alot of ghost in down town

  • I live in Maryland (5 miles from Annapolis), and though there is nothing here, I can't imagine leaving it.

  • Awsome I just went there today!

  • oh my god, you went to Annapolis to travel? xD;;;

  • That was a good video.

One would expect most vdeos on YouTube to be ike this one.

  • Thank you.

  • hahaha those r NOT cadets... they are midshipman at the naval academy. and the kids drilling in the yard were high school students there for a visit, not midshipmen. the people drilling them were midshipmen at the academy.

  • Opps

  • Hey folks! My dad is a well-known, multi-millionaire in Annapolis with a huge waterfron home. However, we are not seeing things straight, and I refuse to inherit anything! Would any of you like his house or some of his money in future years?

  • @gymman1031 lol SURE!

  • I love living in annapolis. It such a beautiful city. I can't imagine leaving here after i finish college. I don't have to worry about not finding an IT job in this area because there are more then plenty of them.

  • I agree, I've lived in Arnold, Maryland(Arnold's right next to Annapolis) my entire life and I can't see anywhere that I would want to live more than here.

  • I don't know why I even live in Maryland.

  • While the taxes here are more harsh than in Pennsylvania or other states because like you said they are only interested in power and money, its still a very nice state and there is no other place I would rather live.

  • Mariostud is right. Despite being a very wealthy state, maryland is lackluster compared to the states around it. Mostly that's cuz of the backwoods politicians who run the state like it's a prison camp and are only interested in their own power and money.

  • I used to live in pennsylvania, a state next to Maryland and I love Maryland much more. There is really no difference between the two except I find Maryland to be much nicer. Good point about the politicians The only thing that keeps Maryland in a lag is the poor quality of living in Baltimore and some of the out skirts of Baltimore.

  • Hey great video, I live in Annapolis so some other attractions besides downtown is the Annapolis mall, (my favorite mall in Maryland, Not Arundel Mills) and you should also take a walk around the harbour center, fun place to hang out with some friends or to just do some shopping.

  • I forgot to mention I lost my virginity to a midshipmen when I was 17.

  • I am from Rio, Brazil and in 2003,december my family was in Annapolis.we liked this beautiful place.

  • No place like home!

  • Excellent video! Boy, I can tell you one thing! Annapolis is getting richer and yuppier everyday. And it is easy to understand why. It is a beautiful town with loads of fun things to do, it is on the water, where you can go sailing and boating, and it is so convenient. It is located not far from D.C., Baltimore, and the Maryland and Delaware beaches, so people can not only travel to those cities easily, but they can easily live in Annapolis and commute to one of those places for work!

  • But wait, there is a lot more. Annapolis is only a few hours away from mountains, and not far from train stations, where you can catch a train to Philly, New York, or Boston without trouble. One must also remember that Annapolis is located right in the center of the East Coast, so getting anywhere on the coast isn't hard. I predict that, in time, Annapolis will be one of the most wealthy areas on the East Coast. In time, it could even be one of the wealthiest areas in the country. Who agrees?

  • but you fail to take into consideration annapolis is in the state of maryland which is virtually West Virginia with traffic. It's the laughing stock of the northeast.

  • Maryland is the richest state in the country and west virginia is one of the poorest, they are nothing alike. Please do some reasearch on both states before you post false info.

  • well just for everyones information Annapolis is the true "Naptown" its short for Minneapolis but some jerk rapper stole it, and there is history to back it up because the "Naptown Convention" was held in Annapolis and there isnt even a NAP in Minneapolis. i just felt like saying that

  • Ok thanks, I think?

  • it's 1845! Not 1945! NUMB-NUTS! >:O

  • Did I say 1945?

  • really metal skater?? wow

  • hey thats me! im that midshipmen on the far left.the other one is my freind

  • really???wow

  • There is also a lightning rod on the top of the state house which is the original lightning rod ben franklin made. Annapolis also could have been the home of the constitution but it failed there so our founding fathers tried again in philidelphia. There was also an annapolis tea party in annapolis. sorry for the info I just love the city and all the historical things most people dont know about

  • Hey thanks for the info I love viewers like you who enlighten me so when I go back there I have more info and something new to look for.

  • Opps !!! :-) Hope you enjoyed it through and thanks for pointing it out though so I don't embarrass myself in the future. Check out some of my other videos on youtube or check out my site. TodayIFeelLike.com

  • Midshipmen are NOT cadets, that term refers to those attending West Point. Not too bad otherwise.
