So he's making them deal him another card that will help him win. Do you want to tell Nicky Santoro he lost the hand? LOL. Back in those days the players were able to handle the cards, and the dealers help the entire deck in their hands. Today you can't touch the cards and the dealers deal from a shoe, usually with 6-8 decks in it.
