What was so fun about this role is that he isn't dragged down by preconcieved notions of what he should be based on what we havee seen i the film! You made Jack Scott Jim Carry, and on Youtube I saw this other guy who made him a super flamboyant less nerdy version.

For the play that I am in I made him into a totally different role, I bet you had a lot of fun playing this part.

Jack Scott is a character exclusive to the stage version of HSM,so don't be surprised that you haven't seen him in the tv version. He's a geek-type who has a surprise knack for smooth-speaking,thus he's been dubbed the 'Velvet Fog' of East High and serves as the school's PA speaker. He and Kelsi meet and become a couple at the end alongside everyone else. I performed the character myself in a production last year. He's actually really cool for an HSM character,too bad he's not in the tv movie...

i'm playing jack scott right now, about three days ago i broke my ankle at rehersal, and we opened last night, i did everything in a wheel chair and it ended up working pretty well, three more shows to go. oh and nice work here =D

I like your obvious enjoyment, however I think you need to work on your accent. Jack is larger than life, and you have captured that. You gabble sometimes and have odd pauses which sort of sound out of place. Nice effort , work on the accent and facial expressions; as well as odd pauses.
