  • this man ethan is a smart man

  • @broly322628 You good for you decay of western society, pot head.

  • legalized marijuana and for the hardcore addictive drugs offer treatment centres where if you choose to use drugs you must stay at that location to obtain the drugs free. give the addicts an opportunity to choose if they want to live (get of the drugs) or die (keep using the drugs) these people need help, sending them to prison only makes them smart and well organized and animals when released back into society.

  • Illegally established Catholic gangs impose unlawful constructions, illegally continued in all courts and administrations, as house-divided-gang-farming policies, which are ALL actual violations of the commerce clauses, all applicable laws, all applicable class laws, and CBPC 17200-17220, see CBPC 17206, for city attorney liability in California, to prosecute class violations of Unfair Business Practices Law. Fatal undiscovered liabilities stem, from neglect, since 1/1/2005. 360.yahoo/bobgnote

  • my indian witch lady would be out of work if drug companies took over all drugs.

  • Drugs are not even legal or decriminalized at the the Federal level. Only at the state level. The federal level has too much power.

  • Pharmacy created "addicts" are only breaking into pharmacies because of the monopolies behind Pharmaceutical drugs maitaining high prices. Patents cannot be gotten for meth, coke, pot, or heroin. This would allow for more competition and lower prices. This arguement needs work to hold water, if it can at all. Oxy is legal but prohibitive pricing will lead to problems. Look to the rest of the drug war for your proof. Lower prices lead to lower problems. Freedom is easy to comply with, but laws...

  • How did this get on FOX News? They're the biggest hypocrites of all time.

Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich were the only people who wanted to end the war on drugs. The black and hispanic communities are the ones who get thrown in jail the most.

  • Before 1914, everything *was* legal. Fewer addicts, no crime because of there was no black market.

In my perfect world, I could go to the grocery store and (on a high shelf to keep it away from kids) buy a five-pound bag of heroin. Yep, I said it, legal heroin.

Remember the Jane Austin stories, with little old ladies sipping laudanum from shot-glasses? That's better than an American Police State, COPS-style.

Who owns your body? Who says what you get to put in it?

  • Explain?

  • I tried, but someone placed a bug in my comment

  • Heroin and Cocaine will never be legalized. Let's just let them legalize Marijuana and leave it at that. It's the best drug anyways.

  • I wouldn't say that. It is a fact that the War on Drugs is failing. It is a fact that it is making the drug problem worse. It is a fact that the War on Drugs is funded by the U.S taxpayer. Therefore, if enough U.S taxpayers realize that the War on Drugs is a failure, it will end.

  • Then let's make a compromise. Let's end the war on drugs, but only legalize pot!

  • thank wouldn't end the problem, we have to give addicts there hit, because it would be cheaper easier and cleaner that way.

  • I love how FOX news distorts the facts! they use scare tactis, We've wasted billons of dollars, thrown away millons, and sky rocketing gov. spending what a great job america has done!

  • people who do any sort of intoxicants should be shot on sight that would solve the problem of too many criminals in our jails and prisons

  • yes but that would be the worst case of tyranny and genocide that has or will ever take place, besides don't think we won't shoot back. and theres more of us thats why they don't put it to a vote, they want to control other people for there own sick pleasure and evil agenda, kinda like you really.

  • I know you replied to my comment, but how the fuck is that relevant to anything I said?

  • well shooting people who do any kind of intoxicants on sight, come on dude.

  • hang on we've got confused here, i did respond to your comment but this isn't the response.

  • People should be free to use whatever substance they want, so long as they don't harm others in the process.

  • @Spazman173 Accountability. It's that simple.

  • @Spazman173 That would only happen in a free country.

  • Swilling chardonnay on a veranda is gay.

  • METH IS NOT CHARDONNAY. What a twit, and he's in charge of enforcement. Alcohol can be just as destructive as any other drug- that isn't the point. The point is that prohibition causes far more suffering and is a boon to the black market, why don't people make the connection between the failure of alcohol prohibition and drug prohibition?

  • He loves "swilling his chardonnay on the veranda"

  • He loves "swilling his chardonnay on the veranda"

hahahahahaha, that is funny. he is a chardonnay swilling druggie, cuz alcohol is a drug.

  • yes, leaglization would work because oviously our laws dont work certainly doesnt stop me from scoring.

  • Jeez, except for the final "fugheddaboudit," you'd almost think FOX was in favor of legalization. Great clip, thanks.

  • Why can't we just try legalization to see how it goes? People must be either too wrapped up in their twisted moral ideals or just too stubborn to try something new. And for some strange reason, when it comes to alcohol, people bypass their logic. It's obvious that criminalizing drug use doesn't stop people from using or obtaining drugs. Making drug users criminals does nothing to keep them off drugs, and results in a massive waste of money on the jail systems.

  • the bible thumpers in the south are mostly to blame. they just love to "save" people by jamming their religious beliefs down your throat thru legislation. then they go home and drink alcohol. alcohol (a drug) is ok because it is part of their religion. jesus probably even drank wine. selective morality coupled with herd mentality in action.

  • It has been tried, since prohibition came a few decades after heroin and cocaine were perfected. It didn't go well, but that was during a time when mercury could be found in patent medicines.

  • When and what are you specifically talking about? And how did it not go well? Please explain.
