  • Glam? Thrash? War? Nice excerpt from the book of a 1000 cliches on dysfunctional marketing. Corporate business and payoffs, the one consistent thing in the music industry. Play, use or buy your way in.

  • Hair and Thrash may have been enemies in the past but this does not matter now and they are both a hell of a lot better than the crap that passes for music these days.

  • this is so nise song.is realy cool.

    pantera forever !

  • life changing tunes n attitudes!all his music was killer imo, thanx for it all dimebag!

  • This is such an amazing song.

  • so i wasnt tripping out i was wondering about the skipping. after many attempts of getting this song it always skips!

  • I will say, "Power Metal" to me rivals "CFH," "Vulgar," and "FBD" and I think it was a great mix of Metal Church, Leatherwolf, and Accept, but "I Am the Night" and "Projects in the Jungle" had some great Def Leppard-meets-TNT and Shy-esque tracks like this. But, aside from "Biggest Part of Me," "Metal Magic" sucked.

  • Don't get me wrong, this seems like a great track but why does the singing sound so quiet and distant? It just doesn't sound right...Terry screwed up or the recording studio did or it's just this youtube version...

  • The best of dime. More deeper sync with the music.

  • The 80's Pantera deserves at least as much attention as the 90's Pantera.

  • i seen anthrax live open for judas priest they are awesome the greatest metal will not be forgotten to the true fans of real metal the new age stuff on the radio is crap there is still new metal cooming out but not on basic radio

    metal will live forever

  • to who said dimebag WAS a god he still is and will live on in my guitar god world for life RIP dimebag

  • I wanna love you till the emptiness is gone....<3

  • 80s pantera >>>90s pantera

    (at least for me)

  • oh my god!!!! love for this song...specially for pantera with terry glaze!!

  • Pantera will Live forever!! RIP DIMEBAG you were a god

  • Great Fucking Song But The Singer is horrible. This is my Favorite Pantera song through and through but I wanna punch the Vocalist in the mouth. Dammit Phil!!!!! Why couldn't you sing on this album?! lol

  • @TheLongLakeRockstar don't be so negative man xDD

  • @kDIMI7 I know I know it's not Terry's fault I just don't know why he sounded so soft on THIS SONG! "Forever Tonight" has to be the best 80's ballad ever written, i Don't know :)

  • I prefer this Pantera to the later stuff mainly due to this stuff being recorded in the 80s. The 80s kicks so much ass that no other era of music can come close to the sheer brilliance of the 80s.

  • @GuevaraX5 I agee with you 100% the 80's had the best music, and movies.

  • Love the album but WTF is the cover lol....

  • nice track

  • It's a good thing pantera went decided to go the direction they did. I couldn't take the rick roll drums all the time.

  • @cocoadog5 lmfao! rick roll drums.... but yeah fuck electronic drums

  • Brings back so many beautiful memories... :) U love you babe.

  • The Night will get the 3 people who thumbed this down

  • this song is so underrated

  • 3 ppl suck

  • Music for a romantic night and making love

  • I wanna see Phil sing this. XD

    Classic Pantera ftw.

  • @axeshredstorm69 I don't!! Ha!!

Terry can still sing this perfect!!

  • THIS SONG IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD

  • best glamtera song ever!!!

  • pantera!! the best band ever

  • lol pantera denies all these albums, when i showed a good buddy of mine who passed away in 2007 these tapes back in 2005 he did not believe it was dimebag. most people have not even heard these albums. but they rock pretty hard. i wish dimebag would of rerecorded some of these jams later on before dying.

  • @tgm5150 sir yes sir captin sir!

  • "could be the night a love fantasy my heart keeps crying " :'(

  • best glamtera song ever!

  • That first stanza, it makes me lol. XD

It sounds like a high school nerd.

  • A HUEEEEEVO SIEMPRE DIM

  • One of the best from Pantera. I love this song.

  • It's a great AOR tune, one of Pantera's best overall. Terry Glaze's vocal may be a bit on the soft side here, but great song nonetheless.

  • @Prophet55551 you know how many people i have got into an actual fist fight over this song!!!....people who say there true fan's somtime's are just poser going with a trend this is not phil finally someone who know's what there talking about!!!cheers

  • @HeavyMetalsAdvocate its ok, most of us true metal fans don't even have to told these things bud.

  • @HeavyMetalsAdvocate What A Douche!

  • this song is like perfect to smoke a cig to like serious

  • love old shit....it kicks ass

  • it's unfortunate that pantera is ashamed of their 80s albums, ok its glam, but it's still better than poison and those cherry pie boys. it is really too bad that pantera themselves have consistently claim cowboys from hell as their "official debut", and completely disowned their 80s catalog. Pantera's 80s albums will be forgotten and obscured as they probably won't ever get a reissue.

  • @scenekidacide

    agreed.

  • I love how this album shows how heavy they were and how melodic they could be as well. It had the crunch and balls out riffs from Right on the Edge to this airy feeling on Forever Tonight. Tasteful solos and vocals along with a solid foundation....I get a kick out of the one sided idiots that bash this time in the band's existence. They obviously don't understand musical integrity.

  • You can almost feel the parties, smell the hair spray and see the 8 tack tapes. Awesome.

  • @MovieAcid Cassette tapes...8 tracks were the 70's

  • good song but is not to the levels of "Cowboys From Hell" and other

  • i am goimg to pretend this nevewr happened...rip dime

  • Very great song. I Think that one of the best song from Pantera's period 1983 - 1985

  • Awesome .

  • great song:x

  • I'm considering using this as the song to dance to with my boy on our wedding day. We love the song and Pantera.

  • that will be awesome

  • @DerHumanError PANTERA FOREVER

  • woah Im a long time Pantera fan but I didnt know about the glam era...but..I really like it ^^

  • I personaly like Phils voice better

  • I'll admit they had a few good hits in the 90's but I personally like their earlier 80's material better. They did do a kickass version of "Cat Scratch Fever" though :)

  • Which I think was in the 80's

  • I love this song as well as their other 80's material. Who knew they were capable of doing such awesome songs that totally blow their 90's stuff out of the water? Really!

  • i think this song is awsome!!!!....i got in a rguement with someone who said that "c.f.h."was there first album and that pantera would never do something like this!!!i proved that fucker wrong!!!..anyways i think this song gives charecter not just a hard hitting in your face also a soft side as well

  • They had fucking four full length professional albums that could go right up there with Ratt or Dokken in the 80s. Fuck who says CFH was the first album. Phil was already on one album before CFH.

  • Well, I agree with some comments that this is a good song. But to say that those who can't respect this ain't true pantera fans is going a bit too far, I think.

  • No, its not going too far. If someone can't even respect a bands past then they're not a true fan.

Respecting it doesn't mean they have to like it.

  • I love this song <3

  • maybe its a good thing that pantera turned metal...

its a good song but soooooooo cheesy

  • agreed with metalmofo1989 their equally as sick as they where as metal band, anyone who cant respect their roots is a fool and not a true fan!.

  • anyone that cant respect this isnt a true pantera fan

  • why?!

  • this song is beautiful :D

  • que chimba hijueputa (Y)

  • Pantera forever!!!!

  • PANTERA E MUITO FODA FOREVER TONIGHT

  • lol

  • Yet another gem of a song and guitar work/solo from the pre-Atlantic records era "cowboys from hel". Love the tapped harmonics (a la eddie van halen)......Awesome!!!!!!!!

  • I have these records, I'd love to get these songs on mp3 (if possible)

  • you can download these albums from torrent sites...

  • Great song!!!!! i use to listen this in my car.

  • Am I the only one who likes old school Pantera? Pre-Anselmo and their first album with him.

  • No you're not ha ha

  • sweet!

  • your certainly not i think their better pre screamo era

  • No, you are not the only one who listen to old school Pantera, I listen to Pantera on them glam years too.

  • me too man...we are two :)

  • good music by pantera , dimebag was always very very talented . Hope this band won't be forgeton in the years to come .

  • unfortunately along with bands like death and anthrax, they probably will be because of all the "metal" bands coming out of the newly moldy woodwork nowadays.

  • @HereticMocculta not if i have anything to do with it! ill shove it down every kids throat!!!! in a good not mean way :D

  • @HereticMocculta I for one will NEVER forget about Death and Anthrax, despite the pseudo metal on the radio these days.

  • @HereticMocculta I don't think Pantera will be forgotten, but unfortunately I think glam Pantera almost certainly will, and to a large extent already has been. The amount of people who claim to be Pantera fans but have never heard any of their first four albums is huge, and hardly to be unexpected when you consider they don't get radio airplay, to the best of my knowledge they have no music videos (at least they are never shown) and the albums are no longer in print.

  • @HereticMocculta

death wasnt that great so thats why they are fogotten. but anthrax and pantera are still big where i live.

  • @Myserieden Death was incredible, but their style is not radio friendly. Approaching it objectively, try playing Voice of the Soul. It is insanely powerful and is a good demonstration of Chuck Schuldiner's skill

  • @HereticMocculta thats bullshit

  • @LAZBOY112 Your Comment Goes Well With The Song

  • I wanna cry a legend is gone!! R.I.P Brother!

  • Hey Heretic check this band: Apollo Ra!

    R.I.P. Dime

  • Meh nothing special

  • I think they're great but thats my opinion right? :D

  • of course. which you are entitled to.

  • My friend and I had a car accident and when I came around this song was playing.

    Pantera rules!

  • Haha that's awesome. Dimebag was watching. :D
