Thanks for posting Woodys I can relate to Michael's message I lived in wild town for a long time and I now know there is a different and better way to live!
Great Song and message too. Don't forget Michael's life wasn't always like his final days. he had plenty of good times too which his fans can be inspired by.What Ive learned from michael is you can have lots of fun and spiritual experiences with art and music and alcohol is not needed to enhance it . You can do it on your own if you want to.RIP MICHAEL CLARKE you will always be remembered,.
Michael Clarke died from drinking alcohol and Gene Clark died from smoking as did George Harrison but we don't need to learn life's lessons from the stars that is what education is for. Just be careful of people with ulterior motives.
Whoa...what a powerful message, I know Michael passed from alchoholism but had no idea he went through the hell that he did...I only hope he's in a better place. I know what booze can do to an individual, let's pass this on to all that might need the help!
Hi Woody! I heard about this from Andy and so glad you did it. As you know, I was hit by the tragedy that was his lot, we lost our wonderful love because of it, but at least I could see past it into that wonderful heart of his. He was one of the best drummers I worked with in the studio, bar none. Just a metronome. Glad he realized some of his dreams toward the end, and his dying wish, to educate kids, shows his heart and what was in it, for he was sober his last two weeks of life. Sarah B.
Thank You.. Mike was a close friend and MY drummer; especially in his sober moments...the 'Time' we shared on Maui will always be with my memories and i will place those into the Collective Subconscious of Humanity. Shortly before Mike's transition into the Hereafter, we spoke by phone...He inquired "Do you think about your brother, Mark?" I assured him that I did; every day... Mark had passed-on the result of long term sustance abuse...Mike is right...it is VITAL that the YOUTH BE INFORMRMED.
Thanks so much for this beautiful contribution. R.I.P. Michael Clarke and thanks to the Woodys. Know nothing about this band but this song is a great piece. Where can I find more about them?
