  • I like Moo Moo land it's VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

  • Many thanks for posting

  • the bests.......i oved....

  • Tammy Wynett FTW! It's not so weird... The KLF (The JAMs) was two guys and all their vocals were pretty known artists at the time that they hired. Tammy had not been in the spotlight since early 80:s and The KLF was voted best brittish band of the year 1993. It kinda gives... It was her last train to trancentral :P

  • its so weird that tammy would be singing a song like this....shes the queen of country music along with loretta lynn

  • 22 dislikes are not Justified!!

  • i hate mu mu land everyone drives ice-cream vans , wtf

  • never could understand this song , but i love Tammy - whatever she did was AWESOME

  • she sang not only country, but modern, shame it was her last xx.

  • i wish i back in mu-mu land?

  • Millions of brits off their tits on E loving each other every weekend..a period in history that will never be repeated!!Funny enough kids werent stabbing each other to death every day..uum wonder why?

  • Man, this seems even more off the wall than it did back in the day... nice tune, though :)

  • damm i sooo remember this, always hated the country chick part tho.

  • qalite muzic trendy flo ROM

  • 1:08 Michaelangelo! all he needs is an orange bandana.

  • I remember this song back in the day....it was a unique collaboration....got A LOT of play in the gay clubs in NYC......huge hit......and Tammy pulled it off!

  • its so weird that an old country singer such as tammy wynette would be singing a song like this....

  • I'm of two minds with this track. One the one, the pairing is a genius move on the part of The KLF. On t'other, however, the beat and those overdriven electric guitars (however well played, and they are, mind you) threaten to overpower her angelic voice. Great show guys (and gal), but the intent and delivery are at loggerheads with each other.

  • @silverpilot1979 She was the late country singer Tammy Wynette, who died in 1994.

  • @Supersweetguy I stand corrected, she died in 1998.Wynette died while sleeping on her couch on April 6, 1998, at age 55. Wynette's doctor from Pennsylvania said she died of a blood clot in her lung.

  • @Supersweetguy I'm aware that it's Tammy Wynette. I grew up with her, Conway, Loretta, George and what not, always on the radio. I knew who it was the first time I saw the video.

  • @silverpilot1979 My apologies.

  • @silverpilot1979

Well, combining the uncombinable and coming up with new fusions of sound was a kind of a thing back in the 90's, much more so than is the case today. Like, those guitar-sounding samples you're mentioning (I don't think they're actual guitars; I'm primarily a metalhead, and I tell ya, distorted guitars are different ;D). C+C Music Factory had them, KLF had them, and I'm pretty sure some other artists who were in the relatively similar vein had them too. Say, 2 Unlimited?

  • Yo, Tam-Dub was LICENSED to ill. Crazy fresh, y'all.

  • Tammy was very ill at the time. :(

  • BRING the Beat BACK

  • Many thanks for posting.

  • how funny I'm wearing a mu mu listening to this! lol GB

  • There's none better than the KLF. Thanks

  • Think they are overdue for a reunion... Love the KLF

  • @skjold69

And they could even do it with Tammy on the big screen.

  • "Bring the Beat Back!!"

  • Who ever had thought of a Tammy/KLF collaboration was brilliant! Still a great song!

  • R.I.P. Tammy

  • Great song

  • Those guys with the Rhino horns used to freak me out back then. Aw fair go....I was only 39 back then....Jeez.

  • This woman accomplished more as a performer and recording artist in her 55 brief years than most of us could ever do in 1000.

  • 1:01 horned men?

  • 1:01 horned man?

  • Freakin' LOVED The White Room album. I had the CD with the Justified single attached to it. One of my favs of all times.

You know I just realized they're running Tammy Wynette's stats and awards the whole time on those scrolling words thingers. That's pretty funny.

  • still love this song

  • Apparently, 20 people didn't like their visit to Mu-Mu Land...=)

  • So still damn good , miss KLF

  • The First Lady of country music. This hit #1

in several countries at one time. She was a class act.

  • @Rl403 This song hit #1 in 18 countries simultaneously, and reached #11 on the USA Dance charts. Folks in the Country music industry thought she was crazy to record with the KLF. Crazy like a fox! She laughed all the way to the bank!

  • @MrUnidyne

The country music industry were just jealous because she was able to go from one genre to another and that is what a true artist is. Cliff Richard did a successful transition from Christian music to pop and many others have done it.

  • @MrUnidyne

She didn't do it for the money i mean she didn't need the money because she was loaded. However i think she did it because she like the song and she was doing something which she wouldn't normally do. For here it was a experience of her crossing from one genre to another and she did successfully.

  • This woman loocks like my grandma!

  • what thaa fuck.. die vrouw lijkt op me oma!whahahah ..superoud nummer.. Echt net me oma!

  • tammy is a class A act

  • y is hse the queen of all theses ppl and non of them r white seems a lil rasest but i dont thingk it was intened to be that way

  • Steve Jobs is bound for Mumu Land...

  • was tis tammys last video?nwo

  • @weightfeather1

    I agree.

  • Rest in peace, Tammy. This lady had more class, and talent, in her little finger than most singers/performers nowadays.

  • I miss the early 90s. We'll never see or hear stuff like this again.

  • @Laughinopoulous ye, KLF, Snap, 2 unlimited...

  • @weightfeather1 she didn't just shift genres she took "genres" and gave them the finger!

  • I love Tammy Wynette.

  • this was a very cool song in the 90s when it first came out. tammy wynette might have been ill but she broke down barriers in country music and this track showed she wasnt afraid to switch genres. a genuine talent

  • Absolutely SUBVERSIVE! Thank you KLF and kudos to the talented and beautiful Tammy Wynette who said "I think Mu Mu Land is a lot more interesting than Tennessee, but I'm not sure I'd want to live there".

  • nwo rip daved icke reptillen cant spell

  • nwo rip

  • So fucking weird.

  • I love this and who perfect to sing along with KLF, the lovely Tammy.

  • new word order its on her dress the pirimid for 1 second klf nwo

  • tammy klf new she knows what she is singing about but hats of for there try xxx nwo

  • Tammy will go down in history as Justified and Ancient - a much loved and appreciated singer, bringing happiness among us all, throughout the ages.

  • Tammy Wynette was extremely sick. She had given a on-the-air interview on a local Denver Radio station. She knew it was her last song. I am glad she did the song and video. It gave everyone a last chance to sing and dance to one last song. RIP Ms. Wynette

  • Reminds me of the Cremation of Care ceremony of the Illuminati at Bohemian Grove. Maybe Tammy escaped the MK Ultra mind controllers and this was her last gig before they got her.

  • BRING THE BEAT BACK!

  • Tammy.... what a fantastic voice

  • MARS fm in Los Angeles! That was a great radio station! They gave KROQ a run for their money.

  • mwo

  • Still listening to this in 2011! :-D

  • What, this didn't get an award for best costume design?

  • Kallisti !

  • Got to give this the thumbs up. Weird & brilliant. BRILLIANT!

  • Tammy is so great in this song. I think it says alot for her too, to have done this song; she was still fresh and willing to explore and try a different genre. Her voice really gives this song a whole different dimension. Tammy left us far too soon.

  • This is a great video! Tammy Wynette shocked Nashville when she did this video. I think that she did great on this song as I plan on buying it on Apple iTunes. May she rest in piece as she was so talented!

  • @patsaxon Were you able to find this version with Tammy on iTunes? I couldn't find it. All I could find karoke versions. :(

  • I want the NASA boys to sneak this aboard Atlantis for the shuttle's last flight to MuMu Land. It'd be lots of fun.

  • Did you see the chick in the blue bra? Who would follow those chicks? This video is like skitsmalt liquor BULL! Mu mU...zanadu...they'll leave you buying Zantax!

  • @myndae To paraphrase KLF: "WTF" are you talking about? This is subversive sheer brilliance! Forget the Zantax. You NEED a Xanax!

  • Tammy, Y net? Better...Java beans make the best Ice Cream??? (I LOVE JAVA!!!)

  • this is really a very unique song, and idea! Good for KLF for having the thought, and good for Tammy for doing something like this. She sounds absolutely great lending her still powerful voice to this piece of work!

  • @weightfeather1 This song is from 91, she died in 98.

  • One of a kind piece of art.

  • Why cant we have more of this..i was a nu mum when it came out. now a 'great' aunt. rock my niece to sleep with it. its part of my past and my future....love it XXXXX

  • steeped in masonic imagery!" OOooooooooo what a fucking emergency lemme get right on it

  • wow what a tune

  • Steeped in Masonic symbology & Tammy plays Isis at the temple of solomon.

You can even see the two pillars of light and dark either side of the temple - with the two horned satanic goat 'baphomet'.

Pyramids on the yellow gowns and words like 'justified' - 'you better not stop us cos' we're coming through!'

    Doo you see??????

  • @chumbawomba yes, some of us see

    watch theindustryexposed(dot)com

  • @chumbawomba Just wait until the dandelions bloom! Total fucking chaos will ensue!

  • @chumbawomba KLF very consciously played on occult themes, they don't attempt to hide it. Their whole style was influenced by Robert Anton Wilson's The Illuminatus! Trilogy. This was a common theme amongst various groups and individuals during the 80's and early 90's underground, parodies of occultism mixed with Situationist pranks and Agitprop in order to subvert mainstream norms (in this case pop music). I don't think for a minute any one involved in this took it seriously.

  • @chumbawomba Yes. IC2!

  • Awesome Tammy took to pop and techo dance like a duck to water!

  • What a talented lady Tammy was mixing it with the modern crossed both spheres in music Tammy YOU ARE A STAR !!!!!!!!!!! ROCK EM IN HEAVEN HON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Damn this is the real music that i've been missing for so long, Great Song!

  • Oooh, transcendence. Very Dada. Very different.

I bet this raised some eyebrows and turned some heads upside down.

  • @phREaker419 There is SOME justice in this world because this was a massive hit back in the day...I remember my cousin dancing like a maniac to this while babysitting me and now I can't get enough of this song either...

  • The way Tammy is waving goodbye at the end is almost like she's waving goodbye to all her fans because this was her last video. Rest In Peace Tammy, throughout your life you showed the world that you were a lady with class.

  • @darlinkula1 this wasn't her last video....she did two or three more videos after this one :)

  • In the early/mid-sixties, Tammy was my grandmother's hairdresser. She never took anything for granted. Until the day she died, Tammy kept her cosmotologist license updated and current. She was so humble and never forgot where she was from.

  • Her voice is astonishing. It sounds silvery and young, then kind of old and mellow like a fiddle being played longingly. Then it sounds sweet and kind----all kinds of sounds are in that voice! Beautiful.

  • I KEEP COMING BACK TO THIS FOR ITS ETERNAL BEAUTY. TAMMY WAS A UNIQUE VOICE.THE COOPERATION OF THE ARTISTS ON THIS IS A PARGON

  • What is the Kanji that appears at 0:36?

I recognize them but I'm not sure what it translates to..

  • @jameddunn1 In Japanese, it reads "happyou" -- "announcement."

  • finally found the damn thing. Heard this song last week and been dying to hear it. AWESOME

  • THis mix of cultures and musics--african, club, hip-hop and of course, the first lady of American Country Music, is unmatched and totally awe-inspiring and beautiful.

  • My God, Tammy is/was simply amazing.

  • I love watching this video, mainly for the spectacle of Tammy Wynette singing dance-pop.

  • they don't make voices like Tammy's anymore.

  • @alocohc "They" would be God.

  • they don;t make voices like Tammy's anymore.

  • I wonder Tammy thought of the the whole thing, you know , the concept

  • @violetbrad - I like to think she appreciated it as good performance art.

  • @violetbrad I can't quote my source, as it has been many years, but I recall reading that Tammy found the experience "fun" though the lyrics were confusing to her.

  • Bring the beat back!!

  • this song and video turns my brain inside-out

  • the best song EVER! Make mine a 99! :D

  • mu mu land singing about ancient sumria great song

  • This is such a great a great video by a country music recording artist that had crossed over to music pop music back then. She must had a good sense of humor to participate in this music video and also sing for them. I love this song!

  • Tammy proved with this that she was a singer for the ages. The First Lady of Country was The First Lady Of It All !

    Joe thanks for the reminder.

  • I remember because of Tammy`s performence in the song I started listening to her music, and that turned me on to country*before it was nothing but rap*...there will never be another"First Lady Of Country"like Tammy.

  • Me, I'm euro and I love country :)

Actually I love good music, and country - as all musical genres - has some good, some bad, some trash and some masterpiece.

KLF is all about masterpieces BTW ;)

  • I love this song! Old Times

  • Great song :)

  • Just watched a documentry on Tammy Wynette, Bill Drummond was featured and spoke about how Tammy couldnt get the timing right and kept singing out of time. Gave it her all though, what a way to go out with a number 1 with The KLF

  • This is the most greatest music hip hop video with country artist Tammy Wynette! May she rest in peace as she is so cool! I love this music video!

  • It is nice to know that someone as mature as she was could cross over and play a nice beat!!

  • Forgot how good The KLF was, amazing songs

  • I did't remember how much this song was good. I am pleased.

  • I remember this song from when I was younger. It's mystical. I think it's cool. We miss you Tammy.

  • Wow! I could not imagine a country star doing this video! Very good as I enjoy it so much! Great song as she did a great job as a cross over recording artist! It would be great if a hip hop artist could cross over to do traditional country?

  • király retró disco

  • just been reading *that* book and couldn't stop thinking about this song, lol

  • Loved since I was 11... more than 18 years as a fan!!! ♥

  • God bless Tammy, what a tune!:)
