Wolverine just showed up in x-men comics and became popular and everyone liked him, and people started demanding origins so they created this.
do you think you would still enjoy it if you didn't want x-men movies and wolverine movie?

Well they build im as this mysiterous hero and people wanted to know more about him and this was 1 of the many things about him
