lol at people saying ripper roo came before the lady and the tramp movie xD the lady and the tramp movie came out in 1955, while the first Crash Bandicoot game came out in 1996, so Naughty Dog got the laugh of the hyena and used it on Ripper Roo \o/

Ripper Roo came first, but the voice was only inserted AFTER the Lady and the Tramp. I think the game company asked if they could use the laugh because it would have fit Ripper best. And I think they altered the voice slightly before putting it in the Bandicoot games. If it wasn't taken from the movie, I think the real actor must have agreed to do his famous laugh for the game?

I don't think Disney would have let the game company steal its audio, y'know?

The Disney movie came first, so Naughty Dog took it from the movie and shortened it. i think Naughty Dog wanted to have the actor redo the laugh, but the actor had died.
