Ah, Dark Falz, the boss where I got my most luckiest win in all my gaming years because of underlevels and unpreparedness... Took 3 hours through the ruins, wasted all my mates on him, used up TWENTY Scape Dolls... Was nearly dead, the last hit was all-or-nothing. So I used the Musashi special and, well, he luckily died. Awesome.
Okay, this version looks much sharper and more graphical than the GC version that I have (Which I hear equates to PSO V3.)
What platform are you playing this on? I mean, I love my GC version of the game, and I have a lv 81 hunter, but I made a huge mistake on it (He's PURPLENIUM, didn't realize that affects drops till just recently.) so I feel like restarting anyway.

special weapons are untekked items, i believe you don't see many in pso ver.2 at all and if you do then it's the same items over and over.
Regarding the yellow named items, they are crap, worthless, that's why they drop and are sold in the shops, because if they were worth something, they would be rare.
uh.....imperial pick and red handgun are weapons only avaiable in ver.2, so they are in glowing red, the yellow weapons you see droping exist even on pso ver.1......and they suck, why do you think i'm NOT using them?

i meant in pso for dreamcast, all items introduced in v2 (aka not existant in v1) have a red name, usually found in ultimate to be used in ultimate.
The weapons you see droping are weapons that existed in v1 and in this game they are as common as all the other common drops.
The game does not become broken because of that, because v2 is actually harder then other PSO games, even with varistas droping like candy, even if they drop 1000 times, the game is still hard

I remember back when i played the DC version and probably about 1000 hours used on that game lmao(v1 and v2 hours combined). Did you hear about Sega's 11th anniversary suprise to PSO fans? PSO2
to be honest with you, the DC gameplay was easier as far as damage went. Because at lower lvls u were hitting more. U hit waaay more in this version than any other versaion, except for maybe BB but thats about it. But i think that u got mixed up with the drop rates for ver.2 Those are almost impossible.
well i think that they should have for the later versions kept the concept art for the magic. The magic looks badass in this game, I wish they kept it in PSO GC and in PSO xbox and PSOBB. Not like the concept that HUmars can use shifta and deband, but i liked the looks of the magic, they should have kept that. Wait, what? I just did a fight with Ultimate Falz on the Cube the other day and I don't remember seeing those floating blue faces. Was that something only in the Dreamcast version? It's been so long since I've fought Falz on the Dreamcast. Like 2002, lol.
Because i gained the PB and didn't use it in ruins, so before the fight i used it.
The PB uses 3 shortcuts wich are essential for my fight, the phonton blasts are weak against the boss, i can do more damage in the same amount of time as the phonton blast, so it was worthless to keep it.
Agreed, but good luck with that. What was the last good game that Sega itself even made? For me, they've pretty much ruined everything that ever made them good, and the few good DC games there are was the end of the run. No more good Shining games. No Phantasy Star, no Shinobi. Not even Sonic or Golden Axe, or even Toejam and Earl (not made by them but exclusive I believe.) If someone can prove me wrong, by all means, please. But I haven't found anything.

when you encounter enemies in the game it forces you into walking speed. By going into the menu it allows him to run normally. The trick can also be used to get past traps.

Either PSO ver.1 very hard dark falz or pso ver.2 ultimate dark falz.
ALso, the donut shape arena glows constantly and so does falz on the 1st and 2nd form.

Because i gained the PB and didn't use it in ruins, so before the fight i used it.
The PB uses 3 shortcuts wich are essential for my fight, the phonton blasts are weak against the boss, i can do more damage in the same amount of time as the phonton blast, so it was worthless to keep it.

Agreed, but good luck with that. What was the last good game that Sega itself even made? For me, they've pretty much ruined everything that ever made them good, and the few good DC games there are was the end of the run. No more good Shining games. No Phantasy Star, no Shinobi. Not even Sonic or Golden Axe, or even Toejam and Earl (not made by them but exclusive I believe.) If someone can prove me wrong, by all means, please. But I haven't found anything.

Well, on pso ver.1 the max lvl is indeed 100, but in later games the lvl cap was increased to 200.

Well, you can play on the PC, or even the GC if you want to using the SCHTHACK servers. I'd check it out if I were you. I play on them and I love it.

It's a lot harder. Final form is immune to everything but Techniques when coated in that rainbow stuff. That and your only healing comes from *mates.
I only managed to do it on Very Hard thanks to a lot of Scape Dolls. (RACast, like level 80 or something at the time)

increase your hp, increase light resistance, increase damage output, then you will be fine

Well, sometimes i pick one or another, but that only happens if the ones i have at the bank have lower quality, if i have a good varista in the bank then i won't pick any i find.
This movie is kinda old, i can now kill him faster and in a safer way, but the 3rd form fight in this movie keeps the same i guess.
