You CAN enter. Anyone can enter Tropfest, regardless of where they live.

You don't HAVE to attend. But every one who gets into the finals (top 16) has attended in the past - regardless of where they live.

@TROPFEST Thank you, we're working on a film now that we'll enter in '11. Thank you so much :) I love watching the Tropfest videos, there's some real talent from all the contestents!
