  • i didnt improve at all doing these, BUT, they did help me realise i have one ankle 2inches less flexible than the other which causes me to round when squatting. raises the heel with a block or using olympic shoes can help.

    and i dont know why the video is disliked, its actually a useful mobility drill.

  • @alexjones234 I don't understand why everyone disliked it too. It has helped me, along with a bit of soft tissue on the calves.

  • for an honest ROM, they should be. Great movement!

  • I thought both heels were ment to be down.
