They had a "Swine Flu" back in the 70's too?? And I thought this was a completely new term...because of this, I don't even want the flu shot now just because I'm so annoyed. I can't help but feel used somehow like there is some sort of motive or scam behind this...epidemic my ass...

It gets better! One person died from the swine flu in 1976, and 25 died from the vaccine. The vaccine actually created a new medical condition called Guillane Barre, which paralyzed and disabled thousands, costing the pharmaceutical companies millions in lawsuits. But nowadays, congress has made it so that if you get a flu shot, and die or are disabled, you can not sue the drug company, the hospital, or the person administering it to you. Cool huh? Good for the pharmaceutical companies! Yeah!
