When people travel to another country, they should respect that country customs/cultures, to impose their own custom onto the Japanese, especially in a public area, and expect the Japanese to comply is not only inconsidered but also rude & obnoxious. These individuals should be mindful that when they travel abroad they are not only representing themselves but also their country of origin.
