They show almost only bad Germans and good Allies, what I think is historically wrong, because one can't say Germans were bad and Allies were good, but it is politically correct, because a black-white picture is easier to imagine. I think this good, because German and other kids will not think: "Wow, what cool times were these? I'd like to be a German soldier at that time". But for my grandfather, who fought in WW2, this is terrible.

@smartboyfromR Yet at the start of the war, the USSR had heavy tanks (KV1) while Germany didn't, T34 was the most advanced medium tank and I think at that time there was also ZIS-2 which was able to destroy any German armor at the time. The USSR had the means to stop Barbarossa, it's just Stalin was an idiot who thought Germany wasn't going to invade and didn't order any defensive structures to be built, but later executed his generals for failing to stop the Germans.

They engage an MG nest at night, fighting against the SS, who are Germany's most elite unit. In the morning they do a run with a bayonet to find 1 company of German SS lying in the open, so they massacre them using only 1 platoon, second company of German SS run over a hill and also get mowed down, do you not see something wrong here?

In the end the Germans lose 2 companies of their most elite troops to a platoon of about 30 US airborne troops. This is called "Hollywood Magic"

So for example the battle in the outskirts of Carentan when the German tanks shoot the explosions of their shells are smaller than grenade explosions but when the Shermans arrive, their tank shells seem like they make explosions of artillery shells despite them firing from 76mm guns.
