  • How sad that an innocent man went to jail for a crime he didn't commit while the real killer was roaming free for three decades and the police didn't question him?

  • £25 fine for molesting a 9 year old!? Are you shitting me?

  • If something bad goes down you better not be an oddball beacuse your going to be the one they're coming after.

Oddball's are always the first singled out.

And if you live close to the crime you can guarante it.

  • Fuck the police.

  • @FantasmaBAnco Fuck you.

  • @Awzomk Right back at'cha CUNTStable.

  • @FantasmaBAnco How clever, fucking tard.

  • @Awzomk The butthurt is strong with this one.

  • @FantasmaBAnco They're usless buggers when you need them and will sit on their arses hiding at a bus terminus waiting for speeders. They'll fatten up the charges ( TRUST ME ) for talking back to them, will steal money out a teenager's wallet ( TRUST ME ), and if you've been terrorised after midnight by a weirdo neighbor, will give you excuses for NOT knocking on his door in the middle of the night.

It'll take another box to complete my disgust of them...

    Fuck the police.

  • I've seen this episode several times now. If you haven't seen it before: It is one of the best done and affecting of crime stories out there. It covers the sad events very well and never loses sight of the people who were effected by them.

  • So sad our world where our children can't play or walk without the fear of sadistic monsters.

  • stabbing an 11yr old child 12 times, then letting some innocent guy go to prison for 16 yrs ...depraved story :o

  • Yes. This Polish guy was an easy target. It is so sad.

  • How sad that is =(

  • its easy to get offended by what people say, deal with it.

  • what kind of idiot confesses to a crime he did not commit? Atleast he is one less idiot out side

  • @EdwardRichtofenDr Edward you are a proper dumb prick, how wrong you are,the guy had learning difficulty's who the police locked up at first, and they beat a confession out of him, think before u write a comment u loser.

  • So sad...and heart breaking.

  • what are knickers? underwear?

  • @RonnieDobbz1978 Correct.

  • @offwiththefairies77 sometimes there are british-english terms that are absolutely meaningless to me, i don't even know how to spell knickers/nikers.

    thanks.

  • @RonnieDobbz1978 It is Knickers. lol.

  • @Apoundn5 yeah to beat in the head

  • the police are clowns

  • Poor Stefan Ivan Kiszko...

  • This narrator is so good looking its distracting!LOL Haven't watched the video yet.Sorry, don't mean to be crass, but he is very nice looking!

  • EXCUSE ME!?!? A 25 pound fine for molesting a young girl, who makes these laws/fines up? And if that weren't bad enough, he gets bail after being charged with this crime. Meanwhile, people are/were put in prison for being in possession of a small amount of pot. Somebody's got their priorities all bass-ackwards.

  • @Dr1Canuckchuck Sometimes I think they deliberately do this to makes us all feel flabbergasted and helpless, that we can kiss ta ta to our rights cos common sense has gone out the window anyway. It's smell the glove of authority.

  • sick

  • Britain's Benny Hill Police force proves itself again!

  • @schlumbucket You want to see a real Benny Hill Police force in action? Check out the Innocence Project and find out what happens when the police, judiciary and crime labs are also corrupt...all in the good old super-clean U S of A....

  • I've seen hundereds of crime documentaries and this one gets to me like few others. The combination of such a horrific crime against an innocent child, the bumbled/intentional framing of an innocent man and the pain inflicted by the real killer against his own family makes this a tragedy on every level. Truly horrible.

  • @Bfdidc

And don't forget the traffic-ticket sized penalty for sexual assault against a young child!

  • @BubbzHD11 - Times have change. In the 70's from 7 years old I made my own way to and from school, as did all the kids. That included crossing a two lane busy road in rush hour traffic and getting a bus on my own. Having said that on two occasions men tried to get me to go with them. And as weird as this may sound this was not treated very seriously. I remember a guy tried to get me in a car, the police were called and took a few details and we never heard from them again.

  • Reporter needs a shave.

  • "Just working too hard"! What? Oh sure, you can always tell when you have been working too hard and need a holiday by that fact that you suddenly get the urge to touch up little kids!! Yer right. Honestly who could buy that?

  • If Castree can be jailed 32 years after killing Lesley Molseed, then the three lying bitches can be jailed, and must be jailed. They are guilty of A) Perjury, B)Perverting the course of justice and C) indirectly aiding and abetting an offender. Their lies helped to send an innocent man to an early grave. To top of it all, they refused to apologise to Kiszko when he was released. What the fuck is wrong with British justice?

  • Definitely THE worst miscarriage of justice in Britain, certainly in the 20th century.

    Fuck the West Yorkshire Police.

  • can anybody tell me any more good crime channels if so pls a massage on my channel thanks guys "!!!

  • what a sick twisted person the scientist was, if he mentioned that the semen samples didnt match in the 1st place then stefan would've been released a long time ago

  • Dick Holland seemed to be a piece of shit

  • @SpiritKnob

A year before Molseed, he "obtained a confession" from Judith Ward to the M62 bombing. Her conviction was overturned after 18 years - it took so long as she had no-one to fight for her. There's no doubt she was innocent. And obviously mentally ill.

Later he went on to help fuck up the Ripper investigation.

He never once admitted he'd ever made a mistake or was ever responsible for either these miscarriages of justice or any part of the grotesquely incompetent Ripper hunt.

  • For a guilty plea of sexually assaulting a 9 year old girl the punishment was a £25.00 fine ---- BRITISH JUSTICE !!

  • I've no confidence in UK courts or the police in general, the penal system is designed to get criminals back on the streets as quickly and efficiently as possible. They tend to keep high profile criminals in for long stretches in a bid for political gain but your average scroat is soon out menacing society with little or no consequence

  • Can't believe the girls who lied 'for a laugh'. I'm really shocked that 3 girls could do that and then 16 years later when they are adults they couldn't even apologize for lying and giving evidence against an innocent man, unbelievably horrible people

  • why wasn't he charged with kidnapping?

  • £25 gob smacked

  • What's the word said at 12:59? Dedilect or something?

  • @ShaunK1988

Derelict - old, dropping to bits, no occupants...

  • @ClaireBearPinkHair Thanks. I found out after googling it shortly after asking here. Needed it for my assignment.

  • Why haven't the girls been charged with perjury? Because of their lies he spent 16 years of his life in jail, they destroyed his life, said he stalked them "For a laugh" and because of their lies, Castree went free for 30 years. And they refused to apologise in 1992 when Kiszko was released. I hope they have very long and very miserable existences. Stupid bitches.

  • @Kevinasp Yes. this documentary doesn't comment fully on their role, leaving it open that they may have been innocently mistaken. In fact they knowing lied for fun, sentencing an innocent man to hell and aiding a child-killer in escaping justice. How any of them can live with themselves is a mystery.

  • @Bfdidc Yes, lock those lying bitches up for 16 years, for a "Laugh" and see how funny it is. They are guilty of a crime, Kiszko wasn't, apart from being a bit odd, but does that make someone deserve to be locked up for 16 years for a crime they didn't commit and didn't know anything about?

  • @Kevinasp After Castree was jailed, they should have been arrested and put on trial for A) Perjury, they knew they were lying in court, B) Aiding and abetting a child killer, and C) Wasting Police time.

  • @Bfdidc Yes, lock those lying bitches up for 16 years, for a "Laugh" and see how funny it is. They are guilty of crimes, indirectly aiding and abetting Castree, who walked free for the next 30 years as an innocent man in the eyes of the law, and directly helping someone get jailed for something they didn't do. Kiszko's only offence was to be a bit odd, but does that make someone deserve to be locked up for 16 years for a crime they didn't commit and didn't know anything about?

  • yeah, blame the ukraine, its all good !

  • wonder if they mentioned the inocent guy died shortly after been released from prison. poor fucker

  • lol kidnap a girl, take off her clothes and then jerk off infront of her and only get a 25 fine? They must have been sleep at the wheel.

  • @cinesimonj good point, but don't you think the state practically killed Kiszko anyway? He was locked away, stabbed and beaten in jail, had a mental breakdown, was proved innocent then dropped dead of a heart attack 6 months after his release.

And the cops who fitted him up? It's all right getting justice in the end, but how come the assholes who engineered it all don't even get a slap on the wrist? like that copper who stitched up colin stagg, gets a 125K payout for 'stress'...wtf

  • @klinepatsy ..lol dude the payout for the copper who stiched up colin stagg was because " it ruined her career " not stress... well aparently ruined her career .. i dont see how

  • @klinepatsy Shows how much of a joke and how corrupt the UK justice system is. The copper who tried to fit him up received 125 grand for PTSD. What about Stagg's PTSD?

  • This pervert destroyed three families. I hope he rots.

  • May child killers rot in hell.

  • the way kiszco was set up is sad, of course he confessed he was backwards.

  • The death of a child - never crosses a kid's mind, never leaves a mother's, until that child's in her presence again...

  • a lot of innocent people falsely 'confess'... its so crazy, but actually very common...

  • This kind of miscarriage of justice still happens in America almost every day. Difference being, the innocent are also murdered by the state.

  • thanks for these

  • keep up the good work love crime programmes

  • These are brilliant. Concise and respectful of the subject. Thanks for posting them (:- ).

  • I love this show, this is one episode I have never seen though, so thanks for this
