Great tutorial. I completely forgot about using the sample size of the 'picker tool' Would love to see a tutorial on removing model/object complicated BG's. Most of the ones Ive seen have a pretty much a solid BG which is easy to do

Takes me like 30 mins to retouch a photo ...you have to take care of many things

One of them is the light which many forget to add/remove /adjust..

Then the color compilation, it just has to match, otherwise it will look like crap

And the eyes, I always use gaussian blur for them, i don't paint the whole eye, just the middle.

I wonder how did you get Sample size larger than 5 by 5. I have no idea how to add an extra sample area to my eyedropper options. It seems that even some experts have problems to find it when I asked around.

However, if one is billing a tut as "Professional", the viewer should expect to be shown the details/skills that demonstrate retouching at a professional level. You have to agree that it's the very detailed aspects that make the difference. Having said that, most imagery used today is low res web stuff, so details aren't important. Sad.

Personally, I prefer the quick demonstration of the important things. You can work out the details on your own later.
