Raw food cannot cure diabetes. Eating a raw food diet that is low in processed carbs can lower your need for insulin, but, there is no cure for diabetes. Not even type II.

Even if the need for outside medications is reduced by diet, and/or exercise once you are diabetic, you are always diabetic. Ask an actual endocrinologist not a nut job quack. This is right up there with the "cancer is fungus and can be cured with baking soda" nuts.

WOW WOW WOW - this is fantastic - I feel like hell most the time because of my diabetes -  I take no medication but am still able to function but won't be for long as bad as I feel - I am going to try this !!!!

I have a question: Once you reverse diabetes, if you are given a sugared food again say after you return home - will you revert back to disruptive blood sugar/insulin levels or will it take much more than one or two sweet processed foods to provoke a hyperglycemic response?

Is "EVERY" vegetable ok to eat raw?

...and i don`t mean to repeat myself, but I still have a problem with obtaining spring water.

Is there a book i can read that will explain these balances & how i can work with my water situation

yes.. use vinegar and / or baking soda to clean your vegetables

Ok, No bottled, but where can I get the water from if there are no springs whare I live.

I am totally willing to do all I need to do, but I`m stumped with that one.

I would appreciate any and all info you are willing to provide me.

I do have one question (I hope it doesn`t sound too ignorant)

Since our earth is so contaminated at this point with the effects of "factory farming",etc., how can anything from the ground be pure? (This is a sincere question).

I am a person with Diabetes.

I am going to try this. it won`t be very difficult because I am a vegan.

I do however eat things like extra dark chocolate when my sweet tooth yanks at me & a few other items that contain no animal products, but are not considered "raw" food

In all honesty, since I bhave become a vegan, I have noticed ahuge beneficial change in my sugar levels.

I will try raw foods ONLY for 30 days & will come back with my results

Not to sound cliche but seriously..good luck with that my friend I really am confident that you will, I would like you to also try something else if you dont mind, do you have any springs around your home? springs with holes and extremely cold water? try drinking fresh virgin spring water every day instead of chemically treated tap water or water of any other kind (because its most likely lifeless dead water), if you combine fresh virgin spring water (True Hexagonal Water) it would be great

I HAD diabetes, and cured it through a raw vegetarian no-dairy-products diet.

I went from 4 times a day injecting insulin to none in 8 days.

The reason why this works is that it restores the acid/alkaline balance of the body.

You ate vegetarian already, but that didn't help against diabetes.

Eating raw instead of cooked vegetables makes so much difference to your body.

You can eat sweets or cooked food once in a while, no problem. Just keep the acid/alkaline balance OK.

It`s so great to hear the wonderful effects that a raw food diet has brought to you.

I am not only veg., I am vegan so I consume NO dairy

I eat loads of raw foods & veggies & my diabetes has almost completely resoved itself...almost.

The question I have is can ALL veggies be eaten raw & how bad is it to lightly steam them?

It`s amazing what a huge difference good food can make to our health. I wish more people would believe it or care enough to try.

coral calcium supplement is also very good. Baking soda in water after dinner is also a good idea for those who can not afford / find cesium chloride.

You might be able to. Raw foods are natures medicine. You can cure most health/mental/emotional issues.
