The lack of availability to afford education, which results in an in-qualification for jobs and poverty is the reason why blacks end up committing crimes. Its all about education not color. That may very well be the case in several other areas, but the fact that only about 20-25% 16-year olds of african descent graduate with _passable_ grades in Sweden, even though they get more support from teachers than any other group of students, shows that it is not the only element in play here.

And by the way: your "free" universities aren't free of charge if you have to pay for your education by yourself. In sweden it's funded by tax money, meaning that EVERYONE has access to it, not just the wealthy. Judging by your explaination, it seems likely that most ethiopians can't afford university educ.

Furthermore, Sweden's supported Ethiopia with foreign aid since the 1950's up until 2005.
