This was my favorite mission, hands down. I loved just annihilating all of the ground forces as fast as I could and then spending the last two minutes dogfighting Interceptors. X)

I got my first gold medal on this level. And I wasn't even trying to get one, I was just playing the level. You all should of seen my face when I finished the mission, and saw the gold medal come up on the screen - priceless :P

I loved this game, this takes me back to middle school.

2:42 Man, I hate the TIEs on that level. There's always one that seems to just be chasing you (and I mean ME). And once you take it out, another comes. It's not as lenient as Taloraan which only has that one TIE (I referred to them as "Death TIEs" when I was younger).

gold with A-wing? not bad, those rocket launchers sure were a pain + the shields of the A-wing sucked alot...i just sticked to the naboo starfighter for most missions ^^

Isn't it easier to get this gold if you use a Y-Wing yourself? You can speed up disabling the yachts.

oh and the music by factor 5 composer chris holsback was awesome great mixture of john williams theme's and great new theme's by holsback one of my favorate themes in the n64 rouge squadron is kason moore's theme which almost reminds me of john williams han solo and the princess theme a.k.a love theme from the empire strikes back score

Some advice: Link your lasers, so that you can destroy enemies with fewer shots. That way, you don't have to stay in the line of fire for so long. Beyond this, though, you did good. This is my favorite mission, but I prefer using the X-wing on it.

I like the V-Wing too for its better payload but if you,re playing levels like the volcano or moff seerdons revenge it would,nt be the best choice because of its lack of pertection and those missile batteries can do alot of damage,just my opinion.

Nice run considering you used a A-Wing. Best choice is a Y-Wing, first time I used it on this mission I completed in 1 minutes 16 seconds without any friendlys lost.
