  • but if they stop all the carbs/sugars, is this really treating the cause? The person may take exercise meat, fish, seafood, veggies, but even fruit like with me "sets me off". My liver is OK, my red blood cell magnesium is OK, my minerals and B12 and folate is OK. My chromium in my hair and blood is great. I have been on anti candida treatments, went on LOADS of omega 3 and it has not helped via huge doses.Diet works, but when I come off it because it is hard to live on such a strict HARD diet.

  • from what I've seen of people posting out there these days fruit is the baby in the bathwater. Cutting out cooked and refined grains and sugars can only be good, but I get the impression that healthy people should tolerate and even thrive on the more natural carbs fine. fats are not evil either but fruit is just too valuable a food to cut out IMO. as for protein, you just need enough of the amino acids for body repair.
