im supprised u pointed ur toes! most pple who just learn 2 do splits never point there toes or straighten there back leg. when i get my laptop ima post videos of me dong my splits.do u knw how 2 do all three splits?? i do, but the 1 that kinda hurts is the chinese slpit.
thats not a completely flat split. You have to do it in a way.. i seen one girl and she just goes right down.. she dont have to do the bending thing like you do with the knee. Tho shes a dancer that I heard, toke her 2 years to get her split perfect.
Your hips are not square...not really a split. try to have both of your hips facing front it will hurt more but its actually correct. Other then that, try to straighten your back leg more. pretty good though.....

To be honest in this video I was in a lot of pain because that was the day I got my splits. But now I can just slide into them and I don't feel a thing. If you keep doing your splits everyday it'll be like that for you too. :)

if you want to get really flexible and be able to do all of your splits without pain instead of leaning forward when you are doing splits lean back and you can also lay on your stomache, put your feet together behind you and try to push your butt down or have someone do it for you it helps alot with back flexibility but it also hurts if you try to hard. take my advice and you will have splits on all legs and you'll be really good!
oversplits are really easy all you have to do is put one leg up on a stool and slide your back leg back just like ur doing the splits on your front leg is propped up on a stool. If this is confusing to you don't worry I'm posting a video later on this week that's explain everything : )
TIP: Make sure you sit on your body, don't sit to the side. Stretch both sides!!!! Great job!

a little tip my gymnastics teacher tells me:hips are out of the sqare and if i dont fix them,im gonna have problems with my balance.
PS:I take both bally and gymnastics (bally 2 times a week and gymnastics 3 times a week)UR DOING GREAT!!!!!!
