  • Great advice, great video! I'm so glad that you mentioned the kelp!!! I have hypothyroidism that I have to medicine for and am WAY overweight because of it and mentioning the kelp that will help low thyroids made me really excited, I will try that along with my medication. :) Can the Omega 3 foods help with better memory and less brain fog? If so, how long does it take to start noticing the difference? Thanks for this video!! Very helpful!

  • You talk about variety, and yet none of foods you recommend for getting omega-3 are good sources of DHA or EPA, which are very essential for brain function. ALA converts very poorly to DHA.

  • Very informative...

  • Is there any kind of salad dressing you would recommend as far as the healthiest. I kinda want to stay away from the vinigers b/c they're so acidic.

  • you are soooo right, thanks for the reminder. Sometimes I overlook some of these things.

  • OH MY GOSH! I Love sauerkraut and I eat it sometimes twice a day; and everyone has been telling me that my skin is "so soft" and they always ask why. Now I know. lol!

  • y cant u just suppliment ommegga 3?

  • hey im from canada too, what part are you from?

  • i'd have sex with you

  • hello w/ extra thought to not just fit box but person. yes sunshine's not extraneous; exactly nutrient for ecstatically involving. vitamin c's crucial researchers can say but case's made sunlight's help's a major graphable qualifier of longevity, that & thyroid's so overall you attributed to too for an angle of worry which all need to get on to it too. yet both have their margins as contingent liver health to embody sunny benefit & food getting theirs competently tips thyroid right towards that

  • hello to availing some good tips. it's interesting algae can be trusted for alkalizing agents land can't always get now, o snails go on both so i don't take just powdered an pasted up since i believe i got sick on nori's rolled in elements & @ original form laver it had a lavish appeal to shelled... if tight like those, i soak shortly to see if anything slips off but other types don't have it regularly so water's even savored then as well spreading ocean herb in marination of moist terra veg

  • Thanks! I had seaweed today because YOU said "seaweed"...

  • you are so amazing ! :)

  • This is very good advise... Just make sure the flaxseed is ground....Out bodies can't digest flaxseed otherwise.... Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • can you do an episode where we see you in a bikini?

  • I love dulse!! I'm from Nova Scotia and we eat it straight from the bag! I had no idea it was so high in minerals.

  • Great advice on learning to love tart and bitter foods. I never took this into factor but it makes good sense, especially when greens are to be used - most are bitter and people don't like the taste since they haven't built up the taste tolerance. Sprouts! YES! Grown your own people! So easy, no excuses... smile. Omegas! eat purslane - highest plant source. Hemp is also good. Pumpkin seeds too Miss Natasha! and yes flax, chia, walnuts... but try Purslane - the best edible weed ever. Sun & Air!

  • I love dulse and kelp. I make a raw avocado bisque soup with dulse and avocado and water. My friend loves chunked apple, sprouted almonds and dulse strips. Sweet, crunchy, salty! Great salt replacement!

  • I love having videos like this as a reference!

Glad you mentioned omega 3's too. I actually feel my brain working better right away when I have hemp seeds/oil. And they're especially important for young people, because the brain is developing up until age 25. And for older people...i've gotten my grandma who refuses to take any fish or flax supplements into putting hemp seeds in her oatmeal haha.

  • How much dulse or kelp powder would you need to eat in order to make a difference in regards to getting the nutrients/minerals?

  • I will answer this on my behalf based on what I use to do and the bloodwork I got regularly to validate that what I was doing WAS working.

2 tablespoons of dulse seaweed a day, I use to use it flaked. This halped with a stability, keep in mind that's coming from someone with acute eating disorders and health complications and excessive low weight. You'd think I'd need more but I was able to even balance my b12 levels out with that daily dosage.

  • I love seaweed! My mom used to make sushi at home all the time so I grew up snacking on the large sheets of seaweed.

Very salty but good with so many different recipes.

  • I am still on a mission to find seaweed that does not tast lke a fish.

With sprouts I mixed a bunch of different seeds together and that is fantastic for my dinner salads.

Like the grassy sprouts more than bean sprouts.

Love being outside especially in the country with fresh air.

Pretty soon I will be able to move my kitchen back outside.

  • : )

  • funny that you would make a vid about sea veggies, while I am currently researching it.

  • Nori is great for my kids! They love making their own raw sushi rolls:o)

I love going out everyday and reading a book for hours in the spring and summer. I hope this blasted snow goes away soon:o(

    Great video!!!

  • Thanks Radiant Friend

    For these Precious ReMinders!

    Jai Ma!

  • Yes, it's fermented. It's made a lot like kombucha, with a "mother" that floats on top. I think it needs to be unfiltered and "raw" for it to be effective for health. I used Heinz brand AVC for a while, but didn't see any effects.

  • theres no sun just snow but all try it all

  • I LOVE sauerkraut! I can eat lots and lots of it! I just can't make it all that well! D=
