Supplication is the believer weapon that changes destiny,allah responds 2 u as long as u dont be hasty by saying i asked but u didnot respond,asking him 2 do sin or womb relations cutting. allah accepts your repentence as long as u r not dying. if u ask allah forgiveness for believers whether males or females 27 times a day,allah responds to u,best time 4 response at last part of night,between prayer and call 2 prayer,at rainfall and when armies meet as in hadiths

Allah is the Creator of everything. Fire does not create burning, a knife does not create cutting. The fire, and knife are reasons, and dua is a reason, but Allah is the Creator of all the reasons. It is Allah Who Willed for us to make dua because it says in surat At-Takweer what means:

No one can change destiny.
