1. MBS-100 has its own battery so it dosent run the phone down in an hour
2.MBS-100 is bluetooth, so it is easier to use and carry around

If you listen very closely it seems that the music stream was warping (it usually happens when you move the music source away froom the speakers)

Oh yeah, There amazing i bought a set a few months ago!! My class loves it! It works well with Samsung and lg too.. But i use it with my k850i!!

i also have the mps-70 set of speakers and their great. for some reason i cznt adjust the volume when i use my k550 with the mbs-100. maybe thats why they had such a big drop in price.

Hmmm.... That makes me wonder too! Have you tried using KD player with it? that might help with the volume problem. lol :)
