I haven't thought a lot about this pairing before, since I haven't played much of DP (my DS broke...) but I'm starting to like it. Have you ever read the Diamond and Pearl Adventure (not Special, the one by Shigehatsu Ihara)? There seems to be a looot of potention for this pairing in it.
