  • LISTEN GOOBER, YOU LOSE CREDIBILITY WHEN YOU USE MY OWN WORDS AGAINST ME...HAHA!...BUT, IF ANY OF THE BIG 3 AND MOST TECHS ASSEMBLED ENGINES LIKE YOU DO OUR ROADS WOULD LOOK LIKE SOME COUNTRY IN THE MIDDLE EAST OR AFRICA...RIDDLED WITH STEEL CARCASSES!!..THE WORSE THING IS NOT WHAT YOU DO TO ENGINES, IS THAT YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE YOU'RE ANY GOOD..LOL...SO BARNEY...AGAIN I SAY...TEACH PEOPLE THE RIGHT WAY NOT THE BARN-YARD WAY!...OH, AND BEARING GREASE IS NOT CALLED "AXLE GREASE" ANYMORE, HAHA!

  • YOU FOOLISH TWIT!...WHAT AN IGNORANT RESPONSE...I USED TO KNOW A SHADE-TREE MECHANIC LIKE YOU...HE TORQUED SMALL BLOCK HEADS BY HAND AND HE WAS SURE IT WAS THE RIGHT TORQUE CAUSE HIS ARM WOULD ONLY ALLOW HIM "X" AMOUNT OF PULL...LOL DUDE, YOU'RE AN INSIPID MORON..BEFORE YOU POST HERE MAKE SURE YOU'RE PASSING ALONG TRUE TECHNIQUES AND VALUES TO PEOPLE LEARNING THE CRAFT. YOU'RE THE TYPE THAT CONSTANTLY WORKS ON HIS SHIT AND THEN MAKES EXCUSES AS TO WHY IT DOESN'T STAY RUNNING...UR A JOKE!!

  • @SANDMAN398 MY MOTORS RUNN PERFECTLY, YOU LITTLE INSIPID HALF-TWIT. WE AMERICANS BUILD FANTASTIC ENGINES BY FEEL ALONE. WHETHER TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA OR AN ENGINE TO GO ALL THE WAY TO THE MOON. WE ARE PERFECT THAT WAY, MATE. SO PUT A CORK IN YOUR LITTLE JEALOUS PIE-HOLE AND RUN ALONG TO SOCCER PRACTICE.....RH DSD

  • DUDE....ARE U FOR REAL?....HAHAHA!...THIS GUY IS A FUCKING LUNATIC!!! WHERE THE HELL DID YOU LEARN TO PERFORM MOTOR WORK.....THE UNIVERSITY OF TIJUANA?......this shit about "double nutting"...and "if the piston hits back off the torque" crap..dude you're insane!!!...lol...these videos on this DIO motor should be catalogued as America's Funiest Home Videos...LOL!!! MAN!...learn how to research and become aquainted with a torque-wrench so you can assemble a motor correctly!!!

  • @SANDMAN398 I DONT NEED NO STINKIN' TORQUE WRENCH... TORQUING IS FOR SISSIES LIKE YOU. I AM A MASTER TWO STROKE MECHANIC WITH HUNDREDS OF YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE. MY ENGINE WORK WAS COMMENTED ON BY THE LEGENDARY , DAVE TOBA.....SO THERE. MY MOTORS ARE SO POWERFUL, I NEED A TEETH STABILIZER JUST TO BE AROUND THEM RUNNING. RUN ALONG LITTLE KID. THIS IS A MANS' CHANNEL... RH DSD

  • what kind of bike is this for? thats a small piston! very cool though i am rebuilding my 92kx125 top end now

  • @skateVA 1993 HONDA REPSOL RR50 DAYTONA RACE BIKE. VERY RARE AND VERY FUKKING FAST!!!!

  • wait a minute. i got one in my mind. so in your case that you dont torque it, when you actually ride it and the head is warm, are you not concern about warping the head gasket surface?

  • @budubum I CANT answer all your questions in a yes or no manner. I would have to see it somehow. These videos are the way I do it, and no one else in this town of 500,000 has another hopped dio. Maybe I should make a video on this, I think I will.

  • @DIOSpeedDemon thanks man. ilike your videos btw. they are very helpfull understanding 2 wheeled motors.:)

  • i have a question. how/what do i use /do to make the torque spec when tightening the bolts on the cylinder if my torque wrench doesnt fit straight over the cylinder bolt (not so much clearance)?

  • @budubum I do not use a torque wrench because the design is all different and I do not know the right tourque , so I stagger the tightening evenly and tighten the shit out of them. I use red or blue locktite on the studs sometimes with double nuts. After you tighten the nuts, hand crank the crankshaft 360 degrees to make sure the piston is not banging on the head. This is a common problem , if it bangs loosen up the nuts one half turn or until the head / piston clearance widens and no more bind.

  • @DIOSpeedDemon thanks dio. was just confused with the manual on my yz250. said i chould torque it. then i thought, WITH WHAT? lol cant even get me torque wrench fit over straight on the head.

  • you can allways throw a extra base gasket if you dont have the right tools for anybody out there who dosent have big bucks

  • that motors not even going to run after all that stuff youve been doing to it..

  • 54mm piston!? my 125 has a 55mm... whats the stroke on that there machine? must be like 30mm...

  • @antiwonggalonggalo 40mm or 45mm why? its a 50cc engine! bored to twice or more cc. could you do that to your 125?

  • @varkow i can put a 250 cylinder and piston on my ktm 125 : ) i have it in my garage, but i dont use it.. i have enough fines as it is..

  • @antiwonggalonggalo 52.5 mm

  • hi i like your video explains a lot,

i have one question i just finished cleaning my piston, it was super dark full of gunk on it, also the spark plug input. Do you think that would fix the problem of it turning off a lot on me?

  • @panoramama it's not going to hurt but I doubt it will fix the problem. Make sure it is not getting to hot and ajust the idle and it should stay running.

  • hola soy de tucuman argentina me gustan esos videos que enseñan como preparar un motor. nosotros tenemos un motor zanella 70 c.c y anda como un cr 80 la utilizamos para correr spedway pero no en ovalos si no con muchas curvas saludos

  • crancshaft bearing is not strong enaugh for piston this size...wont last.....

  • you have nooo where near enough info for that statement. you dont know what rpm this engine is being ran at, you dont know the type of bearing installed, nor do you know a million other things.

  • no i dont know everithing but i see the size of piston and see the size of bearing from connected rood and i know it wont last 5 jears of normal use...because the smaller the needles in bearing they run faster but waist faster too..that was all, dont get mad about it...cheers from europe...

  • nice videos. Please check out my dirtbike videos and comment.
